Today, I was putting together a list of Broker's Open Houses that I wanted to take a look at.  I noticed an address that looked vaguely familiar; 4043 Kulamanu Street.  Sure, enough it was a house that I used to own.  We had purchased it as a near tear down in 2003 for $795,000 and fixed it up.  We sold it in 2004 for $925,000 and thought we had done pretty well.  Apparently it has been sold two more times.  Most recently to a developer who tore the old house down and built a brand new one which is twice the size of the old home.  List price:  $5,288,000.
